LAX BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL Digital Installations
The largest public works project in the history of Los Angeles, the Bradley International Terminal features seven large scale video installations totaling over 9,500 square feet of video display space. Live action, generative art and CG was used to create multiple deliverables across the installations.

FREEDOM FROM GRAVITY Everything we created for this project connects to the concept of "freedom" in some way. It's a metaphor for flight, world travel, and the promise of the SoCal dream. Reflect on it.
SCULPTURAL STORIES Digital kinetic sculptures bring the building itself to life and blur the lines between video, sculpture and the building itself.
AN INWARD JOURNEYThe goal was simple: turn away from spectacle and entertainment by speaking in a language that creates an emotionally ambient internal journey. This language is tailored to the purpose of the building and the passenger state-of-mind. World travelers don't need a movie, they needs a reflecting pond.
AMBIENT DOCUMENTARIES When we travel the world, our eyes are the cameras for our memory. The fleeting visions that nobody else seemed to notice become the most powerful and memorable. Destination city portraits for Barcelona, Seoul and Bangkok were created by capturing real people living in the everyday, avoiding expected tourism footage.
The multiple display panels were used to create a non-linear narrative. Compositions of time, motion, color, and story were possible, far beyond the capabilities single-screen, linear experience.
